Hawaiian’s community program is for groups within the catchment areas of Hawaiian properties. The Hawaiian community program will be conducted by 'Hawaiian Pty Ltd' of Ground Floor, 235 St Georges Terrace in Perth, Western Australia (the "promoter").
Registration
People who wish to participate in the Hawaiian community program must register with the promoter as 'entrants'. Participation is open to:
(a) all teachers who are currently and permanently employed by an educational institution for children in primary or secondary schools, being schools which are currently registered as such by the Government of Western Australia; and
(b) people who hold positions of leadership in not-for-profit or charitable community-based organisations which conduct activities within any of the following areas:
(i) sports;
(ii) the arts;
(iii) senior citizens;
(iv) community health; and
(v) social groups,
being activities that are conducted within the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia, and being people who can provide written confirmation of their leadership role from the governing body of that organisation within seven days of being requested to do so by the promoter.
Information that is collected by the promoter in relation to the Hawaiian community program, including (but not limited to) the information collected upon registration (the collected information) will be dealt with by the promoter in accordance with the promoter's 'Privacy Policy'. Enjoy a 45-minute tips and tricks training session, focusing on learning a variety of basketball techniques and how important it is to work together with your team mates.

Local Giving
Hawaiian are uniquely positioned and able to continuously support local community groups, that hold a positive impact in which our properties are located. This is provided through requests for funding, shopping and accommodation prizes and community spaces.
Prizes
If you're the organiser of a local community fundraiser like a school quiz night, community talent show or charity event, we welcome your application.
Although Hawaiian can't fulfil every request for support, we will try our best!

- The Grant Recipient is required to coordinate with Hawaiian on any planned media releases, promotion materials or events and may not undertake any advertising, media engagements or promotions which expressly mention the Grant Funds or Hawaiian as Grantor without Hawaiian’s written permission as to content and forum in advance.
- The organisation that receives the grant must not make a profit that benefits an individual.
- Hawaiian reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Applications and Applicants to disqualify any Applicant who submits an Application that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Hawaiian is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Hawaiian Community Grants Program, use of a Grant, or participation in a program. Hawaiian is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of a Grant, should the actual program costs are more than the proposed program costs; Hawaiian will not be responsible nor obligated to pay any monies additional to the notified Grant amount.
