Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable.
The Guest Services Desk, located at the Coles side (Forum) of the Centre outside Williams Meats, is open Tuesday to Saturday 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Please be aware the Guest Services Desk is not available on Mondays, Sundays, Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety is important to us and we proudly provide security which can be contacted by phoning 0450 902 773.
Parking
Parking is available off Strelitzia Avenue, Forrestfield. We are pleased to offer complimentary 3 hour car parking. We offer 865 car parking bays, so you’ll always find a park.
Parks/Family Friendly
We encourage guests to spend time at our centres.
We proudly offer the Junction and outdoor playground area for guests and their children.
The City of Kalamunda will soon be launching their new park adjacent to the Woolworths carpark which will be an all abilities playground.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian Forrestfield and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room on both the Marketplace and Forum sides of the Centre. Located near Woolworths on the Marketplace side, and opposite the Customer Service Desk in the Forum, we encourage families to use the complimentary facilities to care for young children and babies.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located on the wall next to the Guest Service Desk.

Mobility Services
Hawaiian’s Forrestfield offers wheelchair service. Please visit our Guest Services Desk to book a wheelchair from Tuesday to Saturday, or alternatively, with security on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays. If you visit the centre regularly, we can arrange to have a recurring booking for you.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.
Post Box
There is an Australia Post box located outside Hawaiian’s Forrestfield near our new neighbour, Taste of Italy.
Lost & Found
Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer dog lead mounts and water bowls which are regularly replenished at every entry door.
Service dogs are welcome in the Centre.
Photocopying
Photocopying can be purchased from Nextra Paper Place and Forrestfield Newspower.
Printing and photocopying services are available at the Forrestfield Library which is located in the Forum. The Library also has a complimentary Justice of the Peace service twice a week, please go to their website for more information.
