Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable. The Guest Services Desk, located outside Coles, is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00am to 3.00pm.

Your safety and comfort is important to us and we proudly provide security, which can also be contacted by phoning 0420 276 677.
Parking
Parking is available off Canning Highway. We are pleased to offer complimentary for up to 4 hours. Our car park is monitored by Secure Parking. If you have any queries about car parking at Hawaiian’s Melville, please visit our Guest Services Desk or call 9426 8891.
Parks/Family Friendly
We encourage guests to spend time at our Centres and we proudly offer a children’s play area, located in the alfresco dining precinct.
It features a playground and little library.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian Melville and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room. Located near the public toilets, next to Australia Post, we encourage families to use the complimentary facilities to care for young children and babies.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located adjacent to the public toilet entry and a First aid kit is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Mobility Services
Hawaiian’s Melville offers wheelchair services. Please visit our Guest Services Desk to book these services from Monday to Saturday, or alternatively, with security on Sundays and public holidays. If you visit the centre regularly, we can arrange to have a recurring booking for you.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.
Post Box
An Australia Post Office Box is located at Australia Post.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer dog lead mounts and water bowls which are regularly replenished at every entry door.
Service dogs are welcome in the Centre.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at the Guest Services Desk. Coles also has a lost property area at its customer service desk.
Photocopying
Photocopying can be purchased from Australia Post or Melville Newspower.
